Especially in times when the labour market is unpredictable, both parties would do well to seek advice on labour law. Do you have plans to take over or merge with another company? In practice, we often assist employers with various personnel issues such as employment contracts and conditions. We advise employees, for example, on dismissals for operational reasons or on liability issues. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between employer and employee, we try to mediate the dispute. After all, it is not in the interest of either party that the matter drags on.
